嗅覚関係の論文を幅広く読もうとしている。嗅覚と簡単に言ってもその学術領域は様々な領域に跨るので、特定の雑誌のみを読むような読み方ではなく、キーになるような論文を参照している論文をGoogle Scholarアラートで読んでみている。近隣の学術領域のテーマとしてどのようなものが据えられているのかは理解しておいたほうが良い。自分のノートとしての利用も想定し、該当する論文に関して序論くらいは片っ端から見てみる。

一応日本語にしてみるが、専門外の論文もわかる範囲で多く読もうとしているので、訳自体の正しさに関しては保証できない。雑誌のインパクトも様々であり、記事の新規性・信憑性はいくらかのばらつきがある。基本的には序論の内容をそのまま載せるようにしたい。欄外に個人的なコメントを付け加えることもある。
